Hunter Premium Chef is a handmade chef's knife. Designed, developed and produced by hand in our factory in Geilo.

The knife is very light with a thin and razor-sharp blade. We use the same steel in the kitchen knives as in some of our outdoor life/hunting knives, this means that the knife edge stays sharp and it is easy to sharpen it again. The shape of the shaft is the same we use on our bestseller Brusletto Hunter, which has sold more than 1.4 million copies. We have good feedback on this shaft from experienced hikers, hunters and fishermen. The shaft is stained/oiled Masur birch.
The knife blade is designed to be a very good tool in the kitchen, and this combination of handle and blade has resulted in a fantastically good chef's knife.

The wooden handle is not dishwasher safe. It is not recommended to use the knife to cut into bone, as this can cause damage to the thin knife edge.

The set contains 2 kitchen knives, a vegetable knife with a 13.5 cm blade and a chef's knife with a 19 cm blade.
