Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our Brusletto knives produced at our factory in Geilo. This warranty applies to normal use. If there is user error, the warranty does not apply. If you have had the misfortune of something going wrong with the item you purchased from us, we ask you to contact us by email with a detailed description of the issue and please include photos if possible. Sometimes, we may not require the item to be returned, so it's best to wait for instructions on returning a defective item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.

For products not manufactured at our Geilo factory, a 2-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage to the knife resulting from accidents, material defects related to poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades resulting from batoning, or modified products. The warranty does not apply to the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product.
