Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our knives produced at our factory in Geilo. This applies under normal use. The guarantee does not cover user error. If you have unfortunately experienced an issue with the item you purchased from us, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue and feel free to include photos. Sometimes we may not need the item returned, so it's best to wait for instructions before sending back any defective items. We aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the nature of the problem. We will either repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
For products not manufactured at our Geilo factory, a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase applies. For warranty inquiries, please contact the store where you purchased the product. If you bought the knife from Brusletto.no, you can email us at service@brusletto.no.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, material defects resulting from poor maintenance over time, normal wear and tear, broken knife blades due to batoning, or modified products. The warranty also does not cover the sheath that comes with the knife, as it is considered an accessory product and is not intended to last for the entire lifetime guarantee.
