How We Design Our Knives.
Over the years, we have designed the majority of our knife models ourselves. Many years ago, we collaborated with external experts on the design of some knife models, and some of these knives are still in our assortment. In recent years, we have mainly handled the design internally, drawing on the expertise of our own employees.
Procedure
What is important to us when designing new knife models is that we can vouch for the quality and usability of the final knife. It should be a Brusletto knife and fit for its intended purpose.
Testing New Models
Before a new knife model goes into production, it is tested. We have internal and external test teams who use the knife over time and provide feedback on desired improvements.
