Over the past three years, we have been fortunate to test Brusletto's butcher set during game processing, and we must say that we are very satisfied. The knives have high-quality steel that stays sharp even if you accidentally cut into bone once or twice. When the knives do get dull, they are easy to sharpen with Brusletto's knife sharpener, which has the correct angle for the blade.
